Mr. Tae-Hwan Lim is currently MD & CEO of BRICS India Trade, CEO of KO-IN Business Development Center (KIBC) and MD KOINS India. He has received many awards for his outstanding contribution to Korean trade and exports in India.

Mr. Lim has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of finance, accounting and taxation in Korea and India. Previously, he served as the Branch Manager of Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. (now: DL E&C), a major EPC construction company in Korea.

Currently, he is the Chairman of the Overseas Korean Traders Association (OKTA) and Honorary Representative of the Korea Importers Association of India (KOIMA). He is also a Director of the Korea Small and Medium Enterprises Association (KOSMA). Mr. Lim has been living in India for the past 27 years and has been helping many companies expand their business in India and Korea.

Prashant Mishra

He is responsible for leading the incubation of all business offerings and services. Prior to founding KBS, he worked in talent acquisition. He has built a very high-level sales team to grow businesses across India. He is a management and IT professional with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, research and business development.

Durhant Mishra is a technology commercial professional involved in day-to-day operational issues. He has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and has worked with internationally renowned companies such as Cisco, Alcatel, Tekelec, and Telestra. For the past 3 years, he has been working as Head Operations at Kukje Business Solutions, a leading human resource consulting firm in Delhi, providing human resources not only in India but also in the global market. He is responsible for providing digital support in overall operations and day-to-day sales.

Swarup Patnaik

Suarup Pantik is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and a member of the Delhi Bar Association. He has extensive experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. He has worked in large scale companies in the manufacturing/infrastructure sector such as MRF Ltd, Essar Projects Ltd, Punjlloyd Ltd, Abhijit Group, Daelim Industrial Co Ltd (now: DL E&C Engineer). His last job was Head-GST at MRF Ltd.

He has experience in handling legal and tax matters. He has argued before the High Court, CESTAT and DGFT on various tax related issues. He has worked with various industries departments to obtain specific tax benefits and also assisted in providing incentives to new industries from various states like Gujarat, Telengana, Tamilnadu and J&K.

His areas of expertise include tax advisory (enactment, administrative and enforcement of tax-related legislation including income tax, GST, customs, international trade laws, special economic zones and state incentive schemes, foreign trade policies, pre-GST laws), tax modeling from a tax perspective including advising clients on supply chain optimization, providing strategic inputs on tax conflicts, handling litigation on GST/VAT and service tax issues and representing clients in various jurisdictions at various levels. He advises clients on the comprehensive GST regime in India.
